Here’s what our nonprofit has accomplished so far.
Beginning in 2021, we’ve been providing care in Columbus bi-annually. Beginning in 2023, Columbus Clinic Host Group, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we’ve been hosting free clinics for our community every year.

How our Clinics Work
The clinic operates on a first come, first serve basis with patients registering as they come to the clinic. In order to register, patients must enter the parking lot and receive a number via a ticket. When their number is called, they are let in and seen by our professionals.
Services Provided
At CCHG clinics, you’ll have access to the specific care you need the most. All patients receive primary care check ups, and afterwards have the choice of seeing dental or vision professionals to tailor care to their specific needs.
